He specializes in providing hands-on guidance to executive teams, with a focus on structuring complex strategic partnerships and institutionalizing value-capture frameworks to drive scalable growth.
Previously, JR served as Vice President of Corporate Development and Head of Transactions at Galderma. In this role, he orchestrated high-impact acquisitions, divestitures, and licensing agreements while playing a key role in the company’s private equity exit and IPO readiness.
